We will collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:
1. Account registration and log in
(1) When you register and log in the NIUESS account, we will collect the following information from you: mobile phone number, email, password, to create your personal account and verify your identity, to ensure the security of the account. This information is essential information for the core business functions of NIUESS products and services. If you refuse to provide the above information, we will not be able to serve you.

2. Connect and control the equipment
When you use NIUESS App to connect to NIUESS product devices, we will collect your location information, Wi-Fi list information, Bluetooth information to help you connect the phone to the device, and the control of the phone over the device. After the connection, you can monitor the running status of your device through the NIUESS App and conduct remote control. This is a core business function of NIUESS products and services, which you are unable to use if you choose not to provide the above information.
3. Provide the push function
In order to provide the push function of the device, we may collect the device serial number, Android ID, installation list, and network information to provide you with the message push service. The push content includes terminal device launch reminder, new version upgrade reminder, device dropout reminder, device serial number no reminder, system error reminder, device report reminder and function recommendation reminder.
4. Maintain the operation of the application system
During your use of NIUESS App, we will get information about your mobile device, including: Mac address, CPU information, memory information, SD card information, and operating system version. It is used to collect abnormal information of the application and report errors after the application problems to ensure the stability and security of the system operation.
5. Self-start and associated startup instructions:
1. In order to ensure that the application is in the shutdown or the background, the application must use the (self-start) capability, and send the application through the system to self-startup or associated startup behavior, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services.
2. When you open the NIUESS APP content class push message, with your clear consent, you will jump to NIUESS APP to open the relevant content. No association is initiated without your consent.
3. When you open a file downloaded inside the NIUESS APP, you are associated with a third-party APP.
6. Problem feedback
When you have a problem to feed us, you can describe your problem more clearly by uploading photos or videos. If you choose to upload a photo or video, we will get your mobile phone photo album information.
In the process of collecting and using the above personal information, we will mainly call the following mobile device permissions. You open any authority on your behalf. You authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. (2) Order ordering and order management services
You can log in to the NIUESS account or buy goods on the NIUESS mall website or wechat mini program through the "tourist buy" mode. The "tourist purchase" mode requires you to enter your mobile phone number and verification code, for the identity authentication of you when you place an order using the "no login purchase" mode and to contact you during delivery. When you are ready to settle in your shopping cart or your selected goods or services, the NIUESS system will generate your purchase order and specify the order number, the goods or services you purchased, the time of placing the order, the amount you should pay and the payment method you choose. All the above information constitute your order information, we will use your order information to verify your identity, determine the transaction, payment settlement, complete the delivery, order inquiry for you, and provide customer service consultation and after-sales service. (3) Delivery of goods and delivery of services
